Open any published note in WLJS Notebook with a single click

If you're using WLJS Notebook as a desktop application, it registers a custom URL protocol that enables importing notebooks exported to Static HTML.

Here's how it works: it downloads the web page (even when opened locally) into a temporary directory and then converts it back into a standard notebook.
